Beautiful Beginnings Wedding Show 2020

This year, we have the honour to kick off 2020 alongside with various top wedding vendors in the industry, creating Beautiful Beginnings. This could not have been possible without our co-organiser 8Dec and Furama Singapore.

Located at Furama Riverfront, the newly renovated Waterfall Lounge features rattan walls, spots of lush tropical plants, pops of dusty pink, lemon yellow and mint green with gold trimmings and subtle uses of marble, perfect for that photo moment.

To complement the existing unique features, 8Dec, the main stylist for the wedding show uses contemporary colours in various shades of Blush, Teal, Brown and Gold to elevate the look.

The signages, booklets and menu cards of the wedding show were mainly designed by one of our participating vendors @mylindesignco

Using a 15 Gold Ring frame, we created a vendor intro arch listing all the vendors who are participating in the show and a short description of their services with a QR code for couples to scan and follow them on social media.

Signages were displayed at a few locations to welcome and direct the couples to the show.

Lovely blooms curated by @meadows.clouds to complement the overall styling of the show.

The difference between this wedding fair and others is that we planned it like a real wedding with real couple who is getting married, so at the same time they get to try on the services by some vendors like the Bridal Gown by @storywedding.sg and MUA by @chichi_allure and they get to experience the Bridal suite by Furama Riverfront.

The couple did a March-in like how it will be on their wedding day and accompanied by live March-in song by @gclivemusicsg

The wedding show as elegantly hosted by Emcee Vivienne Wong. There was never an awkward silent moment with Vivienne in the house.

The couple was invited up on stage for the cake cutting. This exquisitely designed cake is customised for the wedding show by @cupplets

In between while the couple change into their 2nd gown and Make up, we invited vendors on stage to share with our couple their experiences, background and services.

Meanwhile, food was served by Furama Riverfront so couples could eat, drink and listen to what's on stage including a live music performances by @gclivemusicsg.

Those who had eaten can walk around the space to check out the vendors' booth and get to try some of their services.

The first 100 couples who registered early for the show were given a leather pouch by @mori.offical_ as a wedding favour and are able to calligraphed their names on the leather pouch.
